Gearbox Software, the wonderful team behind the Borderlands franchise, has revealed it's next addition to the multiple pieces of the Headhunter DLC. This addition, frivolously entitled "The Horrible Hunger of the Ravenous Wattle Gobbler", is said to be none other than Thanksgiving Day themed, which makes a whole load of sense. Gearbox had released the first addition to the Headhunter pack back in the October featuring a Halloween-esque theme, and there is much speculation that next installment to the DLC package will be available for download sometime in December with none other than a Christmas theme. Naughty Dog came out earlier today to announce their first batch of Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception download-able content for 2012. Get ready for a bundle of maps rebuilt from the previous game, Uncharted 2, as well as a wide variety of your favorite Uncharted characters “pre Weight Watchers” style. Naughty Dog is bringing back four sweet maps from Uncharted 2: The Cave, Fort, Lost City, and Sanctuary maps are now part of the playing field in Uncharted 3. “Dynamic lighting effects, new particle effects and a slew of technical changes have been made to these maps” which in turn revamps the four original Among Thieves maps. Without a subscription to the Fortune Hunters Club DLC Pass the map pack will cost $9.99 USD. On Naughty Dog's official blog they announced the release of the Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception Patch 1.03 . The patch brought a seemingly small amount noticeable tweaks, but in the long run Naughty Dog was preparing the game for some new downloadable content. Update 01/17/11: Take a look at the brand new Flashback Map Pack #1 for Uncharted 3. In the post Naughty Dog stated, " Full details on the DLC content will be posted by January 17th. " Although the official content has not yet been announced, one could assume that the content will most likely be the "Flashback map pack" announced by Naughty Dog not too long after the game's release. The "Flashback" map pack features two revamped maps from Uncharted 2: Among Thieves. "The Fort" and "The Cave" are both based off of maps in Uncharted 2, but the forecast is different. Rocksteady recently came out to thank the many members of it's Batman: Arkham City community for their "incredible support before, during and after the game's release."      As a gift the developers have released a free piece of downloadable content for players to use as they traverse the many things to do in Arkham City. The "Batman Inc.      Are you ready for some improvements to Battlefield 3. Whether you have had problems with staying with your Squad due to a game related problem, or problems with correctly syncing your server region, you should be getting a nice slice of relief thanks to this update.      With the Squad Functionality improvement included in this update players should now be able to join games with their squad without getting split up.      Pure awesomeness has struck and the impact is unbelievable, well at least for me. Now all of us Uncharted 3 multiplayer fanatics have a load of more content packs coming our way with the release of a Killzone skin pack today, and a map pack in the hopefully not too distant future.       The whole Killzone implementation into the Uncharted franchise is nothing new, Naughty Dog did it with Uncharted 2 and now are adding the feature to their new release. However something has changed with this release.      Naughty Dog's Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception has been out for less than two weeks and yet is packed with an immensely large amount of downloadable content. The content available to download now are classic skins for multiplayer from the previous Uncharted games, but hopefully in the future we will see some game modes, maps, and customization features added.      The featured image to the right showcases some of the skins that have been transferred from Uncharted 2: Among Thieves to the new Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception. The Playstation Store is packed with a total of 3 character skin bundles and are available to download for a reasonable price.

     How incredible is this? Gotham City Impostors appears to have all the elements of a classic First Person Shooter combined with all the fun and unpredictability of the the heroes and villains of Gotham City.      Basically, the entire plot of this game is "When Batman is away, Impostors will play." Their are two teams that are dedicated to battling out by all means necessary. The Batman impostors who dress up as closely as they can to the caped crusader, look completely unprofessional. They are not what you would expect Batman to look like, but that is the entire point of this game. On the other team lies the maniacal Joker impostors who make themselves useful by going on insane rants when the real Batman is busy.      Gotham City Impostors is an all multiplayer game and will be available for PS3, Xbox 360, and PC in  early 2012.      It appears that lately many games have been releasing somewhat of a premium pass to get access to a game's downloadable content. For example, Battlefield: Bad Company 2 came out with it's 'VIP Pass' which upon purchase gave players exclusive access to a total of 7 VIP Map Packs. Now it looks as is Naughty Dog will being giving this a try.      On the PS Blog Naughty Dog announced the inclusion of a DLC Pass, or correctly titled 'the Fortune Hunters Club' which will cost $25. Also stated was that this membership will save consumers $20 in total with all of the DLC that is to be released. The Fortune Hunters Club membership will give players access to a total of 7 different pieces of content. Along with membership you will gain access to an exclusive Uncharted 3 theme as a bonus.

     Lets start this post off with some verbal imagery. Imagine an insanely awesome hero with, I don't know, powers that let him harness electricity. Then combine this hero with an a rag doll that is known for prancing around aimlessly to gather prize bubbles filled with goodies. You may be wondering what the chemical reaction between these two elements would be. Simple! An InFAMOUS 2 costume pack for Media Molecule's Little Big Planet 2.      Now fans of Little Big Planet can show off their loyalty to InFAMOUS by styling off a Cole McGrath costume.       Yes! Resistance 3 is available and believe it or not (you probably should) their is downloadable content available. With a copy of Resistance 3, an internet connected Playstation 3 Console, and a Playstation Network account you can get yourself some fresh content to use to your advantage against those darn Chimera.          Ah yes, the first package of premium DLC for Resistance 3 multiplayer, the Survival Pack. This content pack delivers an awesome new game mode and a good set of character skins for Resistance 3 players to rock out in. Along with the in-game content comes a piece of exterior content, or a theme for your Playstation's XMB (Cross Media Bar).      Honestly, I never thought that I would see this. Heck, I never even thought about this at all. The electrified protagonist of the Playstation 3 exclusive InFAMOUS 2 has been bitten. It is official, Cole has been transformed into a blood thirsty vampire just in time for Halloween with the InFAMOUS 2: Festival of Blood standalone DLC.      Expect to be seeing this content available for download through the Playstation Store sometime in October 2011.

     Oh boy, oh boy, oh boy! Why so much over-exaggerated excitement you may ask? Perhaps because an amazing Battlefield: Bad Company 2 DLC sale on the Playstation Store. Yep, it is apparent that with Battlefield 3 set to release in a month, EA and DICE are attempting to get all the money they can for Bad Company 2, before the soon to be "FPS King" takes the throne.      All of the Battlefield: BC 2 DLC will be available, in a bundle of course, for 30% off of the original price for all the content packs combined, and PS Plus Subscribers can save even more when they purchase this bundle. This package includes the Vietnam, Onslaught, and perhaps VIP membership to unlock a decent amount of exclusive maps.
