Call of Duty: Black Ops First Strike Map Pack

Today, February 1st, 2011, the first round of good ole' DLC has hit the Xbox Live Marketplace about a month before it will reach Playstation 3 and PC gamers; but this shouldn't be a surprise to all of you who played Modern Warfare 2 in it's hay-day. The First Strike Map Pack includes four new multiplayer maps and one zombie map.

This Map Pack can currently be purchased by all of you Xbox 360 gamers for 1200 Microsoft Points, which is the equivalent to $15.00 in United States Currency. As usual with the release of a Call of Duty Map Pack, this weekend will feature a double XP event from Friday through Sunday.

Batman: Arkham City Review

Video game sequels can get a bit dull now-a-days, especially when developers start spewing them out as if they were rendered on a mechanical manufacturing line. Since we, as a gaming community, are exposed quite often to sequels that were "rushed out of the gate", we might be getting ourselves into a terrible dilema. However, there are some sequels that just blow you away. With mind-blowing mechanics, a simply amazing plot, and a noticeable step up from the previous release. Arkham City is sure to completely transform anyone who gets their hands on this game into the Dark Knight.
