As of now there are a total of three full version PC games available. All you need to do to get your hands on all three for free, yep three full PC games for free, is Subscribe to the Rockstar Games Email Updates list.

Yes, you can download the full version of all of these games for free by visiting Rockstar Classics- Free Download Series. Hopefully as time goes on, Rockstar will release some more of their Premium Content for free, but I wouldn't count on it for a long time.
