Resident Evil 6: Old Faces Return

Resident Evil 6 has been announced and with that came the confirmation of a few familiar faces making their return. Take a breather and learn who is making their return.
Earlier this week, Capcom released thereveal trailer for the upcoming Resident Evil 6. The trailer, in and of itself, was breathtaking. But wait! There has got to be something more! Is there? The answer to your question is, “Of course silly billy!”

The trailer revealed to the world the return of many characters from the past Resident Evil installments, including Leon Kennedy from Resident Evil 4 and Chris Redfield from Resident Evil 5. In addition to the those two familiar faces, a new ruthless zombie slayer will arise. As of now we don't have much detail on the identity of the mercenary, but we do know one thing, “The world needs” him. What makes this information even more exciting is that all three people, based on the trailer, have the “appearance” of actually being playable characters.'
Leon Kennedy from Resident Evil 4 makes his return.
Of course, it won't be a Resident Evil game without a companion to keep you company.

Ashley Graham, the daughter of the president that travels with Leon Kennedy in Resident Evil 4, might be returning as the mercenaries companion. However, don't take my word for it, take a moment to check out the trailer foryourself.
Part of me was hoping that it was Ashley Graham. Sigh...
Update: According to sources, the unknown mercenary's companion is Sherry Birkin. Apparently, she is the daughter of the villain from the second Resident Evil game.

Chris Redfield seems to be traversing the story as a member of a full fledged tactical team. Lets just say... he has access to exceptional resources.
Chris Redfield makes is return in the upcoming Resident Evil 6.
Leon Kennedy will be taking on the hell filled world with “government agent Helena Harper” sticking close by.
Government Agent Helena Harper is Leon's companion.

What does the addition of three playable characters mean? In simple terms, at the least three separate story lines. Hopefully, we will see these three story lines will intertwine at some point, but only time will tell.

Batman: Arkham City Review

Video game sequels can get a bit dull now-a-days, especially when developers start spewing them out as if they were rendered on a mechanical manufacturing line. Since we, as a gaming community, are exposed quite often to sequels that were "rushed out of the gate", we might be getting ourselves into a terrible dilema. However, there are some sequels that just blow you away. With mind-blowing mechanics, a simply amazing plot, and a noticeable step up from the previous release. Arkham City is sure to completely transform anyone who gets their hands on this game into the Dark Knight. Plot      In the previous release, Batman: Arkham Asylum, the facility on Arkham Island is left in ruins thanks to the menacing Joker's all out plan. In desperate need for a new facility to imprison Gotham's most dangerous thugs, Professor Hugo Strange is elected warden and is given approval to set up a new facility in the slums of Gotham City.
